My baby is 19 today. I remember this day when Lacey was born. I remember from the time I was very young I wanted 5 children, so when she came to our family it felt complete. I love you Lacey. Have a Happy Day.

My good friend Lucille Jarvis and her husband Randy, and daughter Jori came to stay with us for a weekend. We had a great time visiting and catching up. We spent the day Friday in Salt Lake. We had a great time at the Temple. They brought some great weather from Mesa with them. We couldn't of asked for better weather. Thanks for coming to see me LULU.

I finally made Randy and I a costume. We had a great Halloween with the kids and grandkids. Thanks everyone for coming.

The kids and grand kids came over to "Trick or Treat" in our neighborhood. It was so fun seeing Kash and Jaxson get so excited. Kash is a frog. He refused to wear his hat. Loni, Danny and Jaxson were pirates.

I thought since I posted a new family picture I would show some of the older ones. Here are a few through the years.

We had a family picture taken last week because Matt and Shari and Brooklyn, have moved to Rochester NY for three years. Matt will be getting his MBA, and also assistant coach of the swim team. We will miss them.

My little STARFISH

People ask me "what is this job you love so much?" Well here are a few pictures to show you what I love to go to work for. Here are a few of my favorite Starfishes.

Moose Meadows

We went camping at one of our favorite spots this past Friday and Saturday. We have named the spot Moose Meadows. It is actually Beaver Mountain Recreation Area. We have been going there for 20 years. We named it Moose Meadows because we usually see Moose. We took the motorcycles and made our family ride to Minitonka Cafe to get Hamburgers. We had a great time. Jaxson rode with grandpa the way there and cried most of the way. On the way home he rode with mom on the 4 wheeler and fell asleep. We all froze but had a nice time together.

Our Trip to San Fracisco for Danny's Dental School Graduation

Loni and Danny took us to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. We came to San Francscio to help them move back to Utah. Danny finished dental school. Yea

I'm 53 and I finally found the stairway to Heaven.



This was so funny. Jaxson is not to fond of rides yet so Loni started him of on a easy one. Well he was crying so they stopped the ride and kicked him off.

Draper Park DEAF Activity

Shari (in the purple shirt top picture) was in a 5k race today at Draper park. We got to see a lot of our Deaf friends. I watched Brooklyn while Shari ran. She got first in the 30 to 39 age group. Way to go Shari. The lady from Signing Times was there performing for all the kids. It was way cool to see all the little ones signing and singing with her. It was a fun morning.

We had our first fire Friday night. We made somores after pizzas.

Matt the SPEED WALKER

Instead of having Brooklyn doing something cute at Pizza night we thought you might enjoy one of our family favorite activities. This is Matt speed walking. We all think he should be in the Olympics.

Dena's 53rd Birthday Dinner

We had a great family time for my birthday. We had a BBQ, a water fight, twister games, and presents. The kids all made CD's for me with the songs that reminded them of me. Each child picked their own songs. It was great. Randy got me a good book to read and flowers. I also got Cafe Rio gift cards. yum yum. It was a great day. Thanks everyone.

The Birthday Water Fight

Randy had everyone sit in a circle for a surprise game. He put a towell in the middle of the circle then opened it. It had a bunch of squirt guns filled with water. We all grabbed one and the war began. Actually the girls ran and the boys had the war.
